simplcitee developed a seven phase wedding planning program and final phase planning starts at the seventh phase! We will begin working together 60 days out to start finalizing your wedding details and be there the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Develop detailed timeline that covers the entire day 

  • 3 scheduled planning meetings starting 60 days out and 2 additional check-in calls that can be scheduled at any point during your planning process from the start of signing.
  
  • Attendance at final meeting with photographer, final walkthrough at the venue, and meetings with other vendors as requested.

  • A checklist of action items leading up to the wedding day
  • Gather final details from vendors and become the point person for further communication 

  • Review vendor contracts to guarantee requirements and requests are being fulfilled

  • Provide inventory sheet to utilize while prepping and packing for wedding day

  • Lead the rehearsal and provide cues & tips (rehearsal may be excluded for church weddings depending on the church)

60 days out

Day-of

  • Point of contact for all vendors onsite to ensure setup is going smoothly and they have all questions answered and requirements fulfilled

  • Extensive emergency kit included for any last minute needs

  • Set up personal items (welcome table, place cards, signage, memorial table, etc. Please note, this does not include DIY Centerpieces) 

  • Run the entire event and update vendors when scheduled activities are happening so everyone is alert and ready 


  • Provide a 10-15 minute warning to guests who are giving a speech so they have time to prepare

  • Tip vendors at the end of the night 

  • Monitor card box and bring to a secure location upon departure, which is about 30 minutes after the dance floor opens. We will also bring any other supplies that can be taken back at that time. Night Owl Assistance is included for Full Service couples and is an optional add-on for Final Phase & Partial Planning couples.
